If you are a new pool owner we can provide you with an onsite education/handover where we will teach you the basics of maintaining a pool.  Our education sessions cover the following components:

• – Basic water chemistry
• – Correct operating of your pump, filter and chlorinator
• – Cleaning out baskets and filters
• – Changing settings and timers on your equipment
• – Setting up your automatic pool cleaner/robot
• – Cleaning water line, steps and ledges
• – Backwashing your filter including operation of MPV (Multi-Port Valve)
• – Checking and cleaning chlorinator cell, electrodes and probes
• – Explanation of pool circulation/flow
• – Operation of heating systems if required
• – Operation of lighting if required
